We're cheering the demise of the dot-coms and the New Economy.

Is e-commerce intrinsically evil? I dunno, but I will applaud any trend that results in less advertising in public spaces, less commercialization on the Internet, and the demise of the idea that the web exists to faciliate shopping.

I've been doing my anti-capitalist website for 6 year, as of this month. I like to tell friends that it went online before 95% of the corporations went online and that it will be online long after most of the dot-coms go out of business.

Work sucks.
