Indonesian Set to Make Plea on Donations

"Federal prosecutors said the $8.6 million fine was the largest ever imposed
in a campaign finance case. Technically, the fine was imposed on Lippo Bank
California, a unit of the Lippo Group based in Indonesia, and Mr. Riady
agreed to pay it."
