2001-01-12 Statement by Baily on 2001 ERP

According to the Wall Street Journal, this statement is supposed to be based on a forthcoming paper by Robert Z. Laurence that uses new data to argue, contra Robert Gordon, that productivity improvements have been seen in industries that use info tech -- not just those that manufacture it.

Do you know anything about this, Doug?
