If you mean download the file, you can download
any kind of file thru Explorer.  To read it, you
need the free Acrobat program.  To *write* a
PDF file that is in a different format (i.e.,
convert to PDF), you need the Adobe software,
which is not free (or cheap).

Sorry to ask a stupid question, but is it possible to save a PDF with
Microsoft Explorer?
