Not just Trumka's legal status, but the rest of the gang as well. Coia got off under Clinton; he wouldn't have under Bush. Wasn't the SEIU implicated in the Teamster/Carey scandal? That's getting mighty close to boss Sweeney himself. Many embarrassing things will come out in a trial.
