William Glaberson writes: "In legal papers, the black Seminoles' 
lawyers say federal officials and blood Seminole leaders...'plotted 
to exclude' the black Seminoles."  Isn't the alliance of federal 
officials & official tribal leaders typical?  Now, with the wedge 
between the Seminoles & the Congressional Black Caucus, the federal 
government is in a better position to battle the Seminole demand for 
compensation for the stolen Florida lands.
