Kelley>...ggggggggggggeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez pug! i'm subscribed to 100s of lists, but mostly for work! how many exactly are you subbed to?

Heh, LNP3 sez I'm subbed to 115! This one was forwarded to me though by Thomas Seay, who is a great new pal. Years ago he was in the CWP of Jerry Tung and Greensboro 1980 KKK massacre fame. Tells a great story about Tung, that he had some tics. After a Central Committee mtn. where Tung had rubbed his neck, for weeks afterwards other CC cadre rubbed theirs. Presumably, this was gonna heighten the contradictions!

LNP3, btw, just attacked HRW re: new letter on FARC. http://www.columbia.edu/~lnp3/msg04992.html http://www.hrw.org/press/2001/07/farc-0709.htm According to The Economist, FARC has 3% support. http://www.economist.com/PrinterFriendly.cfm?Story_ID=576250 Through back channels I sent him this about AUC the fascist paramiltary in Columbia. Robin Kirk of HRW is no stooge of imperialism... http://www.hrw.org/reports/2000/colombia/ Neither is Reed Brophy of HRW, author of, "Contra Terror in Nicaragua, " South End Press, 1985.
