Free Educational Workshops
Presentations & Organizing Discussions
At the third session of the Immigrant Workers History Project classes at
Garment Workers Solidarity Center the students decided they wanted to
continue the classes throughout the summer. We held a two-hour long
planning session and developed the course list together. The workers
have expressed interest in continuing the classes in the fall with
topics like NAFTA and the effects of globalization.
