That's great, but how can you defend trade agreements like NAFTA that outlaw
industrial policy, outlaw performance requirements on investment, outlaw
patent licensing, outlaw environmental regulations?
Without coming up with some concrete ways to apply the terrific-sounding ideas in Empire, isn't it irresponsible to blindly defend NAFTA, WTO, FTAA, etc.?
