Not every impact amounts to influence (which implies something positive),
some impacts are more appropriately labeled 'notoriety.' Thus, few people
would cry "ideological bias" if Adolf were not named the most influential
person by some magazine - simply beacuse most people undertsand the
distinction between influence and notoriety. Ditto for Clarence Thomas.
