Hi,

Most serious scholars of fascism say that Spain was not consolidated as fascist but was a coalition under Franco binding together fascists, phlangists, Carlists, and Catholic traditionalists, etc.

Few military dictatorships in Central or South America can be classified as fascist.

Other than the Comintern stuff, what sources are people relying on?
