Incidentally, in 1988, the USSR produced 3,500 tanks. In 1998, Russia produced 5.
-This figure seems to be the correct. It would give 15-20 billion (or 36 billion -PPP adjusted). If you use PPP values (which I don?t know to military -goods), it is 1/10 of US spending.
