Hold your horses people. Go pick up a copy of Hitchens's new collection
_Unacknowledged Legislation_ and read the Foreword he penned in July 2000,
if you are concerned about his political stance. (In the Foreword, he
writes, "(Revisionism has succeeded, in many cases justly, in overturning
many of the icons of Western Marxism; this tide, however, still halts when
it confronts the nobility of Luxemburg and Jean Jaures and other less
celebrated heroes of 1914 - such as the Serbian Dimitri Tucovic.)" I don't
see Horowitz ever saying anything nice about Luxemburg.) Also, Hitchens is
working on a book with the title _On the Contrary: Letters to a Young
Radical_ in which I would guess he will target anarchism and
anti-Nafta/anti-trade populism/protectionism.
