Maybe your doctors are better trained but here it is often *necessary* to go to many doctors to find out what the problem is cause they are grossly incompentent. It is not uncommon to hear stories of going to 10-12 physicians before one can find one who is a good enough diagnostician. So while we may need structural change we certainly need better trained doctors. marta
