Why Strive to Join the White Club?

That, I think, is one more reason why "white" workers should identify 
with black workers, instead of white bourgeoisie & petit-bourgeoisie 
who really don't think that "white" workers are "of their own race." 
Why strive to join the white club who don't accept you _even in 
symbolic terms_ (to say nothing of objective contradiction between 
capital and labor)?
