Springtime for Voronin and Moldavia?

At MR we've started - as an experiment - a "Comment" page on our website
for writing more topical than is permitted by the leadtime for the
magazine (several months). Today we put up a piece of guarded optimism I
wrote this weekend on the return to power of the Communist Party in
Moldova.
