Ontario welfare recipients face drug, literacy tests

It must be coming close to a call for an election in the provincial
legislature.  The only other times I've seen Harris and the rest of his
schmucks go on this way about poor people was just before or during one.

Given the way the vote split last time, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he
gets in again.

"This is what democracy looks like."  They got that one right.
