When did the words "intellectual" and "property" first appear? It
seems the term usufruct, which is closely related to property and was
used by Jefferson and Marx, amongst others, intimated of the
"primitive communism" that Marx spoke of and is closely related to
ideas of "trusts" and "trusteeship"--also fascinating and mysterious
concepts. Doing some serious etymology would be of great help
regarding the future of issues related to ownership and
inequality........
