As an aside, one way to launder money is, with a compliant bank, set up two
trading entities, then have them take opposite sides in futures trades. One
side will always win, that's a legit profit, the other side will always
lose, that's a legit loss. All it costs are the minor transaction fees.
Another way is via construction firms, with duplicate invoices, etc.
Both ways are detailed in Nick Tosches book, "Power on Earth", about Michele
Sindona, who was involved in the Vatican Bank scandal some years back, which
was touched upon in "Godfather II".
