I'm updating my web site (http://www.populist.com/news.html) with a 
list of liberal/left/progressive media for people who find their 
local news sources lacking. So what are some of your favorite sites 
for English-language news and analysis, both in the United States and 
around the world?

Please ID the site's political affiliation, if any, and whether it is 
published or updated daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
