This essentially is also the instinct that almost cost the job of Jo Moore, publicity officer to the Trade and Industry secretary in Britain, who had written an internal email about an hour after the WTC attack, saying, this would be a good day to bury bad news.

But the capitalists en masse are rushing to off load their bad debts in this quarter, to conceal the cycle downturn in the business cycle.

Ironically by killing of old capital briskly this might slightly assist the speed of an economic upturn.
