Not at all. On Max's criteria, the Saudi government has not funded 
Al-Qaeda, is not harboring Al-Qaeda, and has not refused demands to 
turn over Al-Qaeda leaders.

You are the only person who claims to see "rough equivalance" in the 
roles of the Saudi and Taleban governments in this. It is, to say the 
least, a... unique position.
