Yes, it was K_h_rushchev, the one world leader who has appreciated the nuclear threat. He saved our butts in the Cuban Missile Crisis, appreciated that nuclear war isn't something to play Big Dick about. He dismantled Stalin's Gulag, too. Not too shabby a legacy.
