it wouldn't be a clearninghouse. it's a place for people to host their own local sites.

there'd be a main page linking to resources, articles, white papers, etc. that would be main page: http://www.awu.org/

then, there'd be space dedicated web pages for locals. so, Tampa Bay for Peace would have a site at: http://www.awu.org/TBP/ (they'd have an annoucement space, local resources, contacts, etc)

Central New York for Peace would be http://www.awu.org/CNYP/

If the userland software is of any help or worth it, then the pages can be changed by a local coordinator as they wish, without waiting for me to find time to do it for them.
