I was listening to NPR this morning on my commute, and I heard that the building of a UN mine removal team was hit by one of the bombs/missles. Four people are dead, and at least 4 more are injured. It is the first I've heard of confirmed civilian casualties from the bombing, but I'm afraid it won't be the last.
