Also, I'm not thinking about those issues now. I wouldn't want to bore anyone with Michigan-induced ivory-tower disease, heaven forbid. But really, if I could get myself to think about something other than case law in a concerted way these days, it would be about legal positivism and democracy, awhich is actually fairly ivory tower.
