Netscape offers pretty flexible and easy to apply criteria by which you can send to trash or any other folder that you care to create. As far as I know you can't combine criteria (i.e. send some of X's posts to the Priority LBO folder, others to the SocReg folder, etc. But I saw a post today but can't remember what I did with it giving detailed instructions for using an Outlook filter, so it must exist.

I'm a loafing retiree, but I'd go bonkers if I had to read half the posts that come in each day, regardless of their quality. Free speech, incidentally, does not usually include _either_ freedom from criticism _or_ compulsion on anyone to read it. Otherwise perhaps we could force that oaf Bob Green who writes columns for the Tribune to read all of Sid Shniad's fwds to Socialist-Register.
