My conpracy theory juices are flowing on this one.  I
remember reading on some intelligence newsletter
awhile ago posing a scenario where corporations might
find it in their interest to go "anti-global" to have
a competitive advantage in the market.  Sorry I can't
provide more details, its been a long time since I
read that.
