No. I was posing a devil's advocate question to those who support pounding
Afghanistan, but who overlook Saudi Arabia's complicity in this madness.
That said, I've no sympathy for the Taliban, and if they are overthrown my
thoughts won't be with them, but will be with those who face the next
barbarous round of imperial mayhem. As someone said earlier, this is a
damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don't situation. No easy answers.
