You might begin by elaborating on your answer. A "tightly focused multilateral military campaign, using considerable force," right? Which armed forces? How many troops? What weaponry? How long? Which country to invade? Why just Afghanistan? How many civilian deaths are acceptable? What to do with refugees? Which nations to be used for staging grounds, resupply operations, etc.? Will the campaign stop terrorism? If so, when & how? How do you know? If the campaign doesn't stop terrorism, then what? -- Yoshie
