Hi,

Can anyone recommend literature giving a historical perspective on 
the velocity of wages? (By which I mean the variables affecting the 
ratios of money supplies to national wages aggregates.) Marx briefly 
mentions this in "Value Price and Profit", but I haven't found much 
else, either before or after his time.
