It is demonstrably true, not even controversial, among persons familiar with the history of the early Cold War, taht the US recruited, organized, financed, and supported a small army of neo-Nazis, fascists, and collaborators, especially in the Ukraine, who fought a seven year guerill war with the Red Army.
