i guess it wasn't bad enough for giuliani and city/federal agencies that first started throwing the numbers around and i guess it wasnt bad enough for brad delong to substantiate his argument, whatever it was (of course one cannot blame him for quoting numbers published by others, but perhaps a bit of healthy suspicion would have been appropriate).
