If there is indeed credible evidence of Osama bin Laden and company's 
hands in this, ask the Afghan government for the extradition of Osama 
bin Laden and his cadre to stand trial, and ask for access to Afghan 
government records to determine whether anyone in the Afghan 
government had advance knowledge, and if so who.
