And the response to having your distortions and misrepresentations pointed out is to offer more outrageous distortions and misrepresentations, this set more incredulous than the last. Keep on going. It's only a matter of time before you catch up with Dennis and call me a fellow-travelling Horowitz fascist. No wonder Brad and Nathan have absented themselves from this high-minded discourse. And the piece about how I never mention the American failure to intervene in Rwanda to stop the genocide -- that really shows mastery of the 'big lie' technique. I suppose you think no one knows how to use the LBO archives function, or remembers the wars Heartfield and I fought over that very question here -- while you managed to avoid not even a word on the subject.

Justin:
>You are really priceless, Leo: Bomb Serbia, you say; intervene in the
>former Yugoslavia, invade Somalia, etc., the US motives are pure and good
>and noble.

Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never has, and it never will. If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet deprecate agitation are men who want crops without plowing the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its waters. -- Frederick Douglass --
