Plan Columbia virus

I seemed to have picked up a rather interesting
virus--one that converted all my MP3s to VBS files.

I did an edit to see what it does, and it had this
interesting rem text:

"Plan Colombia" virus v1.0

rem  Dedicated to all the people that want to be
hackers or crackers, in Colombia  
rem  This program is also a protest act against the
violence and corruption that Colombia lives...
