Yes, indeed, a tattoo and a flag & flagpole are quite obviously two different things.
I'm in two minds what the statement could be though. Is it "I'm a fooking eedjit"? Or "I donated my brain to science and lived"?
I'm at a loss to understand exactly what an unreal statement would be though.
