I am on quite a few left lists myself and SocialistUnmoderated comes pretty close, marxist Yahoogroups can be good sometimes too.

I remember when I first joined LBO. I was on for about three hours, and every second I would get an email. I swear, within 20 minutes I would get about 50-100 emails. I thought I could beat the system by going to digest mode, but I still couldn't keep up. I quickly unsubscribed.
It's gotten a lot better now.
