Nope -- you just have to refrain from sneering at people whose lifestyle doesn't meet your approval. The only criteria are political -- not how people spend their money or their free time.
It was that down-putting of a category of people on the basis of an abstract consumer choice that I objected to when that thread ran.
So my question actually was should SUV owners be excluded from the peace movement.
