is that not true only because the only people you "know to be associated with terrorist activities" are the leaders who tend to be educated, etc. surely the majority of most organizations accused of terrorism are not middle-class educated people who study abroad! thats certainly not true, i would guess, of the khalistani separatist segments of the 80s in punjab, in india.
