<BR>the current federal campaign finance laws. In conjunction with the debate,
<BR>from March 19 - March 30, 2001, citizens and policy makers are invited to
<BR>participate in a moderated, online discussion on Money and Politics - Who
<BR>Owns Democracy? The results of the Dialogue will be shared with policy
<BR>makers.. .

<BR>Participants will . . .consider three different public policy choices:

<BR>Choice 1 -- Reform the Campaign Fund-Raising System
<BR>Choice 2 -- Rein in Lobbyists and Politicians
<BR>Choice 3 -- Publicize Political Donations, Don't Regulate Them
