<BR>James Arnt Aune's 1993 _Rhetoric and Marxism_ details this parallell decline
<BR>of republicanism and Marxism. He's a bit of an idealist, but is considered
<BR>"red as a baboon's ass" by his colleagues in communication and rhetorical
