If there is a trial, a defense lawyer will go into more detail on the CIA backing of bin Laden through Pakistani ISI, etc. Bin Laden is the fall guy and not likely to make it to trial--that is, "Wanted--Dead."</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff">Since the overthrow of the Saudi and Egpytian regimes, and their replacement by fundamentalist theocracies is the strategic goal of bin Laden, et al., and 9/11 was a tactic in that strategy, a open public trial of bin Laden or other fundamentalists could usher in new Mideast theocracies. Hence, the mooting of closed military tribunals for terrorists.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff"></FONT><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff">I have a question? What was General Amad, the present head of the Pakistani ISI, doing in Washington during, and after the week of 9/11? Was he coordinating a "black operation" with the CIA? That's the kind of thing a trial could get into.</FONT></P>
