I simply cannot work out the energetics of this: let me get this straight, 
you use fuel/energy to make the hyrdoxide you pass the co2 over, then you 
use fuel/energy to break out the co2 from the carbonate, and then you do 
what with the co2 you've concentrated and err where do you put the stuff 
you don't use, and can you turn it into hyrdrocarbons, and does one use 
hydrocarbon for fuel source and where does that leave the balance 
scale... I suppose it makes the world safe for nukes dunnit... after all 
the US empire is going to need a lot more fissile material for its plans 
for world dictatorship innit?
