'Women talk about sex more than men do [according to a recent Penn State study]'
The accumulating evidence of surveys of attitudes between the sexes is that they are converging.
'The researchers also found that students who reported discussing sex-related topics with more frequency were more likely to be sexually active, to have more liberal views about sexuality and to feel more positive about condom use.'
This doesn't match the findings in a variety of surveys that women are marginally more conservative than men on questions of sexual promiscuity, homosexuality, pornography and so on. Maybe students are not typical.
