Not much, just the utter racism of the term and the need to look at the construct of legality from the perspectives afforded by Charles Tilly and Morton Horwitz, among others.... ---------------- Huh? Racism? I had assumed "black" referred simply to being invisible, as in at night. Same reason evil is associated with the color black, because nasty critters and things can sneak up on you.
