MOSCOW. Aug 6 (Interfax) - At a press conference at the editorial office of Rossiiskaya Gazeta, Georgy Satarov, the president of the Information for Democracy foundation (INDEM), said that the shadow market is the best place to buy services in Russia.
"It is an absolutely well-established and normally-running mechanism, and it is based on the same rules in large cities and in small towns," Satarov said, citing the results of a survey.
The leading branches on the shadow market of everyday services are medicine, higher education, the traffic police and courts.
Courts have far outpaced the other competitors, said Satarov.
