Or what about the 400,000-500,000 absentee
ballots mailed from god knows where but
officially cast in the northern counties. Much
was made of a rather small overseas ballot total,
but Florida is a place where many living
elsewhere in the US maintain a residence to the
benefit of the Republicans. I think if that mass
of domestic absentee ballots had got scrutinzed,
Gore would have carried the state by a
considerable number.
