Rubber Bullets in Portland anti-Dubya Protest?

Last night's ABC World News Tonight report included the fact that rubber
bullets were used against protesters.  It appears that the Oregonian
(Portland's daily) didn't think that was a fact the public needed to know
about, at least on their website.

I don't think it is an overstatement to call this a police riot, from the
things I read on the indymedia site.

You can buy rubber bullets on eBay?
