That's good news, I guess, but let's give credit where credit is due. 
Way it was in the 90s the policies of the Ds were converging on those Rs
so rapidly it'd soon take a microscope to see between the two...good
work Ralph!  If in the immediate future there really is a "damned big
difference" - not between what they say but what bills they pass when
they're seated in Congress - then I'll give maybe half, at the very
least a quarter of the credit for this fine new thing to Saint Ralph.

For whom I should have voted in 2000.  I was stupid and wrong not to, I
admit it.
